Fortunately, your business doesn't need to invest hundreds of thousands of dollars to purchase, maintain and upgrade these servers. You don't even need to know what they do. We invest in the video conferencing server infrastructure so you don't have to.

Customers who subscribe to our hosted, outsourced service available as a monthly fee, need only plug in whatever video-enabled device is being used (standard SIP video conferencing devices such as the InFocus Mondopad, H.323 systems, tablets, phones) to high-speed Internet connections. Our service runs over your existing broadband Internet connection on our network. You need 500 Kbs to 1 Mb per endpoint. These devices then register to our network, enabling on-demand connectivity to remote workers, conference rooms and external partners with standard video conferencing equipment.

Vidtel also invests in interoperability between devices, allowing a LifeSize endpoint to connect seamlessly to a Sony device, for example.
